It is a spacious venue to hangout. They also offer options to reserve their table for working on projects - is perfect for university students! Washroom is kept clean! There’s underground parking (plenty of stalls!). They have a good variety of drink choices!

This place is quite nice. It has a clean aesthetic and is pretty cozy. The staff is attentive and is ready to provide menu recommendations. It's a great place to just chill and study; they have outlets under the seats to charge your electornics and a really clean washroom. The menu is extensive with plenty of yummy drink offerings. I personally recommend the crunchy tiramisu or the deerioca fever. I was surprised to see that they also sell some really cute Labubus here! Overall I definitely see myself coming back here with some of my friends! My one criticism is, finding street parking space might be a little bit difficult during the weekends. Though, I was informed by one of the workers that there's free underground parking for three hours!

This University District Alley is awesome. It has plenty seating area with natural light. Good for grabbing a bbt and catch up with friends. Alley iron goddess milk tea is my all time fave; it has a very rich and complex tea flavor.

I’ll be honest, I love this place. I come here pretty often I’d say a weekly basis if not more, but 1) they are often out of the black tapioca pearls, but 2) the app doesn’t have it updated and the store phone number doesn’t work, thus it becomes frustrating when I drive 15-20 mints all excited for my drink but they are out of the pearls. The staff is great and I understand it’s not their fault, but maybe there could be a solution to this? I only come for one drink so it’s not much a variety range I like based off my experience. Also the parking outside isn’t great and then I don’t get the drink I’d like, just a difficult experience. I’ll still be coming. Also just perhaps an idea, a point system or like a stamp card would be a great idea!

The coffee shop here is nice! Pro: -The shop design is nice, clean! -The waiter's behaviour is acceptable, they even give you free water and ice if you request for more! -There are plenty seat, the seat is huge and soft! Con: -there is only one washroom! -the milk from the drink is kinda bad! Overall: Everything adds up still give the shop 4 stars! Hope the shop upgrade better in the future!

Went on a weekday evening and the place was empty upon entry. The menu had a number of special drinks and staff were patient while we decided on what to order. The crunchy tiramisu milk tea was rich in flavour and the creamy topping was a great addition. The atmosphere is quiet and great for meeting with friends at any point in the day.

My coworker got me a crunchy tiramisu bubble tea from here to try. The flavour was not too bad, but it definitely leans more on the lighter side and would taste better if it was a little stronger. The size of their regular drink was also noticeably smaller than other bubble tea places. Considering they seem to place more emphasis on the quality of their tea leaves, maybe a tea based drink would be a better choice instead.
